Monica's advice is better than Prilosec, antacids, and stomach pain!
I eat a fairly healthy diet, but encountered stomach pain and went searching for solutions. My searching led me to different diets that supposedly would have helped, but turned out that they actually made things worse, so much worse that I was taking Prilosec and antacids on a regular basis with only small improvements in my symptoms.
