Colombian Aji (Cilantro Salsa)

Colombian Aji (Cilantro Salsa)
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients (click links to place home delivery order):


Preparation:

  • In a medium bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil and salt. Mix and set aside.
  • Add cilantro and green onion and mix together.
  • Add hot sauce (optional)
  • Allow the mixture to rest at least half hour before serving.
  • Use to top “tostones”, potatoes, meat or any dish where you want to add a bit of a cilantro kick.  (separate recipe from my collection
