Creamy Chicken Cauliflower Soup
Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 20 to 25 minutes
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 large onion, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into ½ in. cubes
3 cups bone broth
Sea salt of pink Himalayan sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste (if tolerated)
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
1 (13.5 oz.) can coconut cream (Native Forest Simple or homemade
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. chopped fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
