Fruit Bowl with Coconut Butter

Ingredients:

  • 3 nectarines or peaches
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 6 tablespoons of coconut butter
  • sea salt

Preparation:

  1. Melt coconut butter in a double boiler
  2. Chop fruit into bite-sized pieces, drizzle with melted coconut butter and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
