Homemade cassava tortillas recipeServes: 5Ingredients:¾ cup Otto’s cassava flour½ tsp Himalayan pink salt¾ tsp baking soda2 Tbsp olive oil⅔ cup warm waterPreparation:Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the warm water and knead until a soft dough is formed. Divide it in five small balls and press with a tortilla press or between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out into flat circles. Heat a cast iron skillet using no oil and cook each tortilla for 2-3 minutes or until it is easily lifted off the surface of the skillet. Flip and cook the second side for a minute or two. Serve warm topped with your favorite topping.
