Green up your meals: Change your microbiome and improve your health

Vegetables provide antioxidants and polyphenols and they help you feed the healthy gut bacteria that helps you decrease inflammation and prevent chronic disease.

Add beautiful colorful foods to your diet and change your microbiome.

Your body will thank you for it!

Here’s your challenge for today:

Aim for having at least ¾ of your plate coming from plant foods. ½ cup cooked or 1 cup raw veggies is equal to one serving of vegetables. You can add beans or peas, starchy veggies or green cooked or raw veggies.
