Hydration is the solution to pollution in your body

Hydrate with purified water or herbal tea. Sugar containing drinks are the greatest culprits that are keeping you from releasing unwanted weight.

Drinking your empty calories is a sure way to keep you addicted to sugar and is the #1 cause of energy crashes and insulin resistance. Your body cannot handle all that sugar and it turns it into fat. Insulin resistance keeps you from losing weight at puts you at risk for diabetes.

Here’s your challenge for today:

Drink ½ of your body weight in pounds in oz of water. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs, your goal is to drink 75 oz of water per day. More is not necessarily better, so stick to your needs and help your body get rid of toxins this way.
