Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting helps you prolong the amount of time between eating your dinner and the first meal of the day. By prolonging this time, you’re allowing your digestive system, and your body to properly utilize the energy you’ve given it.

Here’s your challenge for today:

  • Consider going 12 hrs between dinner & breakfast without snacking or eating.
  • Bedtime - At least 2-3 hrs after the last food eaten in the evening
  • Intermittent fasting helps you shorten the amount of time during which you eat, which helps you focus on eating at meal times until you’re satisfied. It helps you regulate your meal times.
