How soon do we start?

How much time will it take to complete the modules each week?

Each lesson will take about 15 minutes to watch or read and another 15 minutes to implement. You will have 4 lessons per week, so about 2-3 hours per week, not including cooking time, which will vary according to your meal choices. The group meetings will take 20-30 minutes twice per week.

How do I access the recordings and modules?

All the information you’ll need will be available on the Healthie app, which is very easy to use. The recordings will be available the day after our meeting and uploaded to the Healthie app in the Private group.
